  • Monthly Plan: $2.99/month, no trial
  • Auto-renews unless cancelled 24+ hours before renewal
  • Cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings
  • No refunds for partial periods (Apple policy)
  • Manage through Apple, not the app developer

4. Critical Weather Data Disclaimer

This app is for educational and informational purposes ONLY. It is not a substitute for official warnings from the National Weather Service.

DO NOT use this app as your sole source of weather information for safety-critical decisions or life-safety decisions during severe weather emergencies. Weather data may be:

  • Inaccurate
  • Delayed
  • Incomplete
  • Unavailable during outages

Always consult official sources (NOAA, NWS) for severe weather warnings. We are NOT liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from your use of this app or reliance on its data.
