How do I change radar products?
Tap the product name at the top of the screen (for example, "Reflectivity"). A menu shows every product for the current radar site.
Why is there no radar data?
Radar sites update every 4-10 minutes, depending on scan mode. Data older than 10 minutes may mean the site is under maintenance. Try a nearby radar site instead.
How do I manage my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone. Tap your name at the top. Tap Subscriptions. Select Echoes to manage or cancel your subscription.
How does the free month from the website work?
The claim link opens Apple's offer redemption page. You do not need the app installed first. You can download the app during redemption. The free month applies to the monthly Premium plan. It renews at $2.99/month unless you cancel in Settings before the month ends.
How do I restore purchases?
Open Settings in the app. Tap "Restore Purchases". If you subscribed on another device with the same Apple ID, Echoes restores your subscription.
About Echoes
Echoes shows real-time NEXRAD Level 2 and Level 3 radar data from the National Weather Service. It also shows GOES satellite imagery, hurricane tracking, air quality, forecasts, and more. Echoes gets this data from NOAA and updates it about every 5 minutes.
Note: Weather data may be delayed or contain errors. Do not rely solely on this app for life-safety decisions.
